Yoga that makes a true difference
Yoga in central Malmö as taught in Ayurvedic teachings
Our yoga is based on Ayurveda, the world’s oldest health system. This means that each yoga class is designed to support the body’s natural rhythm. With us, you won’t get a generic yoga practice; instead, you’ll receive a multi-thousand-year-old method for physical, mental, and spiritual balance.
The yogic tradition
Yoga and Ayurveda - two branches of the same tree
In Ayurveda, yoga is not an addition, but a natural part of life. While yoga offers movement, breathing, and focus, Ayurveda provides the explanation for what your body needs. When these two systems are combined, yoga becomes more than stretching, strength, or relaxation – it becomes a tool for understanding and balancing the whole you.
In practice, this means that the yoga is adapted to the time of day, the season, energy levels, and age. Whether you are taking a Dynamic or Restorative class, the practice is rooted in the fundamental pillars of yoga: asana, breathing, meditation, and mantra. The result is a practice that is easy to follow and that produces effects far beyond the mat.
WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE
Why yoga with us?
Yoga with roots in Ayurveda
With us, yoga is part of something larger. Our classes are grounded in the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and follow the seasons and the rhythm of the day to create inner balance, increase life force (prana), and strengthen the body and digestion (agni).
A unique oasis in the heart of Malmö
Our center is just a stone’s throw from Malmö Central Station, yet the moment you step inside, you’re met with a calm and nurturing environment. Here, you get a pause from the pace of the city — a place where your body and mind can settle before the class begins.
Experienced teachers who meet you where you are
Our teachers have extensive experience in yoga and meditation, and above all an ability to see each participant as an individual. There is no performance, just curiosity and support, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
Participate on site, or from home
Most of our classes can be followed live via Google Meet. This means that even on days when you want to stay at home, you can still get the same sense of presence and guidance as in the classroom.

Regular training or in-depth course - you choose
Whether you want to maintain your daily practice or feel called to deepen your knowledge of yoga and Ayurveda, we have something for you.
Drop-in classes
Our drop-in classes are suitable for those who want to practice yoga regularly but at their own pace. You come when it suits you, with no prior knowledge or pre-registration required. All classes are held in small groups and are adapted to the season and the needs of the participants.
Courses
Our courses are aimed at those who want to go deeper and develop a more grounded practice. For several weeks, you follow the same group and teacher, which creates security and continuity. There is more time for deepening, questions and individual guidance.
Private classes
Private classes are ideal if you want full focus on your needs, goals, and circumstances. Together with the teacher, you tailor a practice that can deepen over time or be adapted to specific challenges. These classes are also offered as part of our health and detox programs.

Testimonials from our students
"There's a truly personal touch to everything they do - it never feels anonymous or rushed."
I've been practicing at this yoga studio in Malmö for a few months now, and I absolutely love it. From the very first class, I felt welcomed into a warm and supportive community. There's a truly personal touch to everything they do - it never feels anonymous or rushed. The teachers are incredible - not only deeply knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring. What makes this place even more special is that they stay true to the original yoga philosophy, beyond just the physical practice. It's a space that helps you grow both on and off the mat. I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for authentic yoga in Malmö.
