My name is Gabriela Bernardini and I offer counseling, courses and energy work with a focus on inner balance, self-love and long-term change. My path has gone through both darkness and light, and today my work is a reflection of everything I have healed and learned.

At the Ayurvedic Center, I welcome you in a safe and calm environment - where you can land, breathe and come home to yourself.

My approach is integrative and holistic. I combine coaching with elements of CBT, addiction and co-dependency therapy, spiritually grounded work and Reiki healing. Whether you are at the beginning of a change process or have already made some progress, I meet you where you are - with warmth, presence and sensitivity. My sessions - for body, mind and heart offer in-depth sessions where you can land, listen inward and meet yourself with presence.

You can choose between:
🔸 Reiki & Ceremonial Cocoa - a healing moment where heart-opening cocoa meets energy-balancing reiki. Perfect for those who seek rest, recovery and inner balance.
🔸 Coaching & Ceremonial Kakao - a conversation with the heart in focus. Kakao opens up to soulful presence, and the coaching gives you clarity, direction and tools for change.
🔸 Reiki without cocoa - a silent treatment for stress reduction, energy flow and self-healing.
🔸 Coaching without cocoa - for those who want support in life choices, personal development or reconnect with your inner leadership.

All sessions are tailored to you and can be combined if necessary.
