In Ayurveda, yoga isn’t an add-on — it’s a natural part of life. Where yoga offers movement, breath, and focus, Ayurveda provides the understanding of what your body truly needs. When these two systems come together, yoga becomes more than stretching, strength, or relaxation — it becomes a tool for understanding and balancing your whole self. In practice, this means the yoga is adapted to the time of day, the season, your energy, and your age. Whether you join a Dynamic or Restorative class, the practice is rooted in yoga’s foundational pillars: asana, breathwork, meditation, and mantra. The result is a practice that’s easy to follow and creates benefits that reach far beyond the mat.

With us, yoga is part of something larger. Our classes are grounded in the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and follow the seasons and the rhythm of the day to create inner balance, increase life force (prana), and strengthen the body and digestion (agni).

Our center is just a stone’s throw from Malmö Central Station, yet the moment you step inside, you’re met with a calm and nurturing environment. Here, you get a pause from the pace of the city — a place where your body and mind can settle before the class begins.

Experienced teachers who meet you where you are
Our teachers have extensive experience in yoga and meditation, and above all an ability to see each participant as an individual. There is no performance, just curiosity and support, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.

Participate on site, or from home
Most of our classes can be followed live via Google Meet. This means that even on days when you want to stay at home, you can still get the same sense of presence and guidance as in the classroom.

All our classes are offered in intimate group sizes, allowing for personal guidance, presence, and a deeper experience of the practice. Most of our teachers are trained in India and hold a deep respect for the traditional roots of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda — not just as physical practices, but as holistic methods for self-inquiry and inner transformation.

Whether you want to maintain your daily practice or feel called to deepen your knowledge of yoga and Ayurveda, we have something for you.
Drop-in classes
Our drop-in classes are suitable for those who want to practice yoga regularly but at their own pace. You come when it suits you, with no prior knowledge or pre-registration required. All classes are held in small groups and are adapted to the season and the needs of the participants.
Courses
Our courses are aimed at those who want to go deeper and develop a more grounded practice. For several weeks, you follow the same group and teacher, which creates security and continuity. There is more time for deepening, questions and individual guidance.
Private classes
Private classes are ideal if you want full focus on your needs, goals, and circumstances. Together with the teacher, you tailor a practice that can deepen over time or be adapted to specific challenges. These classes are also offered as part of our health and detox programs.

Traditional yoga and meditation in Malmö — for all levels
We offer two daily drop-in classes — a more pared-back and traditional form of yoga that follows the rhythm of the day and the seasons, supporting your body and health in the most natural way.
Dynamic Yoga
Dynamic Yoga strengthens and activates the body, setting your energy in motion so you leave the class with clarity and lightness.
Each teacher teaches with their own balance of hatha and/or vinyasa, always rooted in yoga’s foundational pillars: asana, breathwork, meditation, and mantra.
Expect a steady pace that builds warmth and strength without overwhelming the body.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga helps you unwind, deepen your breath, and return to your natural rhythm. Depending on the teacher and the time of day, the class may lean more toward yin, restorative, or gentle hatha.
Regardless of the form, the practice is rooted in yoga’s foundational pillars: asana, breathwork, meditation, and mantra.
You can expect longer-held asanas and calming breathing practices that support deep relaxation and restoration.

Yes, drop-in is welcome, but please note that places are limited and we can not guaranteeing availability. We recommend that you book in advance to avoid disappointment. Always check the schedule before you arrive.
Feel free to come 10-15 minutes before class starts to have time to check in and land. If you arrive too early, the door may still be closed.
We provide mats and aids, but you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and towel.
Yes, you can. You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 3 hours before the start via your account. Late cancellations are non-refundable.

Vi har två badrum som gärna kan användas som omklädningsrum. Ett av badrummen har dusch. Ta gärna med egen tvål och handduk.
Cell phones are not allowed in the yoga room to maintain a calm and present atmosphere. You can store your mobile phone safely in our Yoga Lounge before the class.
