Safe support through pregnancy, birth and recovery
In our team you will find a masseur, chiropractor, doula, midwives and Ayurvedic therapists. Together, we create a soft place where you can land, take care of you and your baby during pregnancy and return to after birth.
Planning your pregnancy
Planning your pregnancy with Ayurvedic guidance creates a stronger foundation for both body and mind. When you are in balance, the chances of a safe pregnancy and a good start for the baby increase. Ayurveda likens preparation to cultivation - nutrition, timing and vitality matter.
Counseling gives you the tools to strengthen yourself for this important phase of your life. Small adjustments can have a long-term effect.
During pregnancy
Pregnancy is a time to give extra care to both mother and baby. Just as plants need nourishment and the right environment to grow, the body needs support to thrive. The mother's well-being has a profound effect on the baby, and what she gives herself now has an impact even after birth.
We offer pregnancy massage, chiropractic and hypnobirthing - as well as courses to prepare for breastfeeding and postpartum. A safe pregnancy starts with care.
After pregnancy
The postnatal period is often emotional and transformative, with new roles and routines. Often all attention is focused on the baby - but the mother also needs support. Ayurveda emphasizes rest, recovery and nutrition as the basis for healing.
We offer postpartum treatments, counseling and practical help to help you settle into your new life. When you're ready, baby massage can be a wonderful moment of closeness and bonding.

Each class begins with gentle baby yoga and baby massage. The remainder of the class is for you to practice with your baby close to you - with options if you'd like to hold your baby or if you practice alone.
We focus on stretching and strengthening postures, breathing and meditation techniques just for postpartum women. No yoga experience necessary, often women take their first yoga class during pregnancy or early postpartum.
When to join? Generally, 6-8 weeks after a vaginal birth and 12 weeks after a cesarean. Ultimately, listen to your body and follow your midwife's advice.
The course is suitable for Babies from 6-12 weeks up to crawling age (8-10 months).
In addition to weekly classes, you can join a community of local moms through Connected Mammas, an initiative run by Bethany that brings moms together for stroller walks, baby cafés, expert-led events, and special meet-ups. It's a warm and welcoming space to connect, share experiences, and build friendships during pregnancy and early motherhood.
