Welcome to a profound ceremony where we gather in a safe and sacred space to explore the power of breath and sound. Through circular breathing and healing sound vibrations, we open the door to our inner wisdom, self-healing and creative power.
Here you meet your breath as a tool for transformation. We use circular breathing to reach expanded states of consciousness, where intuition becomes clearer, the body relaxes, and the soul is allowed to speak.

The ceremony is held in a sound temple filled with healing vibrations that support your journey inward.
Shamanic Breathwork is inspired by Holotropic Breathwork (Stan & Christina Grof) and is used as a powerful tool for inner healing and personal development.
This is an experiential ceremony - you don't need any prior knowledge, just a willingness to meet yourself in depth.

Temple of sound
In many cultures, sound has been used for meditation and healing. The vibrations touch the body down to the cellular level and balance our energy system. We are energy, and all energy is vibration. In this way, our whole system; the physical body, the fascia (which is the largest organ in the body and acts as a kind of brain) as well as our energy body, can be affected and can be restored by sound therapy.

Safety & contraindications:
As strong physical and emotional releases can occur, this ceremony is not recommended for those who:
- Is pregnant
- Has cardiovascular disease
- Has a serious mental health diagnosis

- Course price for all 9 sessions: 4500 SEK

Facilitator
Minna is a holistic body therapist, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and a longtime practitioner of tantra and spirituality.
She holds spaces for deep healing through de-armouring, Sacred Womb Initiations and tantric women's programs. Her work combines scientifically grounded practice with ancient wisdom - all to guide you back to your inner healer, so you can stand in your power and live your full potential.
