Kirtan – An evening of singing, mantras and community

Warmly welcome to a heart-opening kirtan evening at the Ayurvedic Center on Friday the 3rd of April with us.

The Kirtanen family leads the evening — a ceremonial kirtan collective from Malmö with roots in kirtan and medicine music. During the evening, we gather in song, mantra, and community. Kirtan is a meditative and living form of music where we sing together in call and response — simple, present, and heart-opening for everyone.

You don’t need to be able to sing, have any previous experience, or be able to memorize the mantras beforehand. The most important thing is that you come as you are. We create the circle together. We also provide a songbook here with the mantras and chords for those who want to incorporate them into the evening and after to play/sing them themselves.

We look forward to a warm moment of space for joy, silence, presence, and community. In pure Bhakti
