Our training for Ayurvedic Treatment Therapist (200 hours) is designed for those who want to become confident in their role as a therapist, with both theoretical understanding and practical skills in Ayurvedic body therapy.

The answers to your questions
We start the course with an introduction to Ayurveda with a special focus on the therapeutic part - that is, how Ayurvedic knowledge is used in treatment and body therapy. Then we go step by step through ten classic Ayurvedic treatments, where you get both theoretical background and practical training. The course is spread over 8 blocks, 8 weekends. During the course we will focus on the theory of the different treatments and work with the practical execution of the different treatments. This means that you will both have the opportunity to give treatment and receive treatment during the course. Much of the learning and understanding of the different treatments lies in being allowed to receive and experience the feeling of the treatment yourself. During the course, you are responsible for planning and performing at least 50 student treatments.
