Han is a certified Ayurvedic health consultant and massage therapist trained at the ACM. Alongside her Ayurvedic practice, she is a yoga teacher specializing in children and teenagers, a textile artist, a costume designer, and above all, a proud mother of three. When she began her Ayurvedic training in 2024, all the pieces of her life's puzzle finally fell into place. Her love for a healthy lifestyle, over 20 years of experience as a yogi, and her deep interest in medicinal plants, herbs, and nutrition found their perfect match. Even her creative work with the power of sound, imagery, color, and textiles came together. All her passions found a single common thread: Ayurveda, which literally translates to "the knowledge of life." Her main mission is to strive for a balanced, healthy life close to nature—for herself, her children, and everyone around her who wishes to thrive. Originally from Belgium, Han moved to Sweden in the spring of 2024. Consultations and treatments can be held in English, Swedish, Dutch, or French.
