Recently returned from India and Panchakarma treatment, I want to share how Ayurveda looks at how illness occurs but more from a philosophical point of view, how everything affects everything in the universe.
What are the invisible factors involved in the onset of disease?
The session is interspersed with powerful meditations that will help you maintain a sense of well-being in everyday life.
Limited places are available as some of the health exercises are done in the shavasa (lying on your back). No prior knowledge is required, just come as you are!

I am a midwife, have worked in an Ayurveda clinic and am an Acupuncturist (TCM) but am also an experienced Yoga and meditation teacher for 30 years
