Music and vibration are some of the oldest practices that have carried people into deeper states of consciousness, opened doors to healing and transformation, and kept us in touch with the sacred. When we enter these fields together, the resonance and impact is further enhanced.

This sound journey is a sanctuary and a portal. To balance and inner strength, to clarity about the path your heart wants to walk. Here you can rest, expand and receive stillness, peace and joy. An invitation to feel, listen, remember.

We start with a simple but powerful voice activation, where your own sound awakens the body. Josefine then leads you through a guided meditation, where you get to meet your essence, hear the whisper of your soul, find direction and clarity around what really matters in your life right now. The journey ends with a sound bath, a soft ocean of vibrations to sink into, and let yourself be carried where the sound wants to take you.

Josefine Yrjans is a licensed psychologist and Sound Healing facilitator. In her work Living In Attunement she offers individual sessions and facilitates courses and retreats.
