Join Sinja from Berlin on her international mantra tour, together with Simon & Bobbi, for a special gathering at Ayurvediskt Center Malmö.
Through kirtan, mantra, and meditation, we will explore the deeper meaning behind sacred chants and mantras, from beloved classics to beautiful songs you may be hearing for the first time. This is a unique opportunity to not only sing, but to meditate on the wisdom and spiritual teachings carried within the meanings behind.
Led by three teachers from the International Meditation Institute in Northern India, this gathering is open to everyone—whether you’re a long-time lover of kirtan or completely new to mantra and meditation.
Take home song sheets (with translations & meanings) will be offered.
