An intimate gathering and portrait experience for mothers with babies & toddlers from 0-2.

Limited to a small number of mothers to keep the experience calm and intimate.

What’s included:

• 20-minute portrait session in a softly styled, intimate corner of the Ayurvedic center with two different scenes.
• A selection of digital images of your choice from your private gallery.
• Gentle guidance from the photographer throughout the session
  (including simple styling tips in advance and relaxed posing support during the shoot).

While you are being photographed, other mothers spend time together and then you return to the group. The flow is easy and unhurried.

• A yoga teacher & mama community leader guiding through breathwork techniques and a simple baby yoga flow to connect to yourself and your little one. 
• A nourishing lunch is served with a focus on quality ingredients (perfect for a tired postpartum mom).
• An Ayurvedic Health Counselor (and founder of the Malmö Ayurvedic Center) sharing practical support and nutrition tips for the postpartum period.
• Time for conversation, connection, and meeting other mothers.
• Space for babies to rest and play throughout the event.
• Curated goody bags – focus on self-care for moms
