Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep”, it is a meditation technique in which you enter a state of non-doing, giving your body deep relaxation and rejuvenation. We don’t do physical poses during a session. Students report feeling more centered and focused after just three weeks of regular practice.
In this course, you’ll learn the six tools that I AM Yoga Nidra offers us to better manage stress, exhaustion, and mental chatter. Yogis say that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra give the body the same restoration as 3 hours of deep sleep.
