The classes give you time to connect to your body, baby and community of women. Each 90-minute session has a unique theme, integrating movements, mindful relaxation, and group discussion. The classes include:
community connection & discussion
strengthening movements specifically for pregnancy
stretches to aid common pregnancy discomfort
best movements to prepare for birth
movements/techniques for during labor
mindful relaxation
class always ends in a calming relaxation with cool lavender face towels - a perfect way to end the practice.

In addition to weekly classes, here’s what’s included in the course:
