In each session, we will move through 6 pillars of daily sadhana (satsang, meditation, pranayam, asana, mantra, and study) inspired by the topic of the day.

November 2nd: 12 Surya Namaskar Mantras and the real meaning of AUM
December 14th: 3 Bandhas and the Bird of Sadhana - Vivek, Varaigya, Abhyasa
Welcome to any level of yoga student. The only prerequisite is an interest in learning the philosophical and spiritual principles of traditional yoga.
