Learn how to apply the philosophical and practical principles of Yoga, Meditation and Vedanta into your daily life for more peace, resilience, and joy.

In each session, we will move through 6 pillars of daily sadhana (satsang, meditation, pranayam, asana, mantra, and study) inspired by the topic of the day.

September 28th: 3 Gunas and Attaining Balance

November 2nd: 12 Surya Namaskar Mantras and the real meaning of AUM

December 14th: 3 Bandhas and the Bird of Sadhana - Vivek, Varaigya, Abhyasa

Welcome to any level of yoga student. The only prerequisite is an interest in learning the philosophical and spiritual principles of traditional yoga.
