SUMMARY:ZENSING - Somatisk sång
DESCRIPTION:6 tillfällen. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nZENSING — Somatic Singing\n\n\n\n6 sessions. A journey through voice\, body\, and the five elements.\n\n\n\nZensing is a somatic singing method that guides you into exploring the expression of your true voice. With breath as your anchor and the body as your instrument\, you get to experience your voice expressing emotions and thoughts. \n\n\n\nWe meet in the present — as inspiration\, sharing what is alive. \n\n\n\nThrough the five elements\, we go deeper into the experience of expression through the language of music:🌍 Earth — rhythm\, stability💧 Water — flow\, emotion🌬 Air — texture\, spaciousness🔥 Fire — power\, transformation✨ Ether — individual expression\, freedom \n\n\n\nAbout Ida Simone:With 20 years of experience singing across a range of genres\, a bachelor’s degree in jazz and improvisation\, and training through the International Coaching Federation\, Ida Simone created the Zensing Method — a somatic singing method where\, through awareness\, we experience the healing power of the voice and nervous system regulation through vibration\, creating a unique form of expression through song. Ida Simone is devoted to creating and being tuned to the frequency of truth — feeling what is true\, and hearing it. \n\n\n\nPrice:Drop-in: 300kr/sessionBring a friend: 250kr/person 🌿Full course (all 6 sessions): 1500krFridays 5:00–6:30 PM: Sept 25\, Oct 9\, Oct 23\, Nov 6\, Nov 20\, Dec 4 \n\n\n\nBooking:Full course: Swish 0737057156\, write ”Zensing paket”Drop-in: Contact Ida Simone beforehand to confirm a spot!
