”Breath Of The Jaguar” is a new breathwork journey that I created this winter, its designed as a deep inner journey for empowerment, healing and inner transformation. Its a mix of conscious connected breathing in combination with breath holds, somatic work, visualisations, and sound technology. Mattias also offers individual bodywork and energywork to the participants. Transformational breathwork takes us on a journey through our consciousness, opening the doors to our subconscious mind where our memories, unresolved emotions, and unconscious patterns are stored. It helps us to release emotional energy from the past that is ”locked” in the body, while higher levels of awareness provide deeper understanding and insight into our thoughts, patterns, and behaviors. Transformational Breathwork also has the potential to elevate us to higher states of consciousness, granting access to the ”superconscious mind,” . Whether you are completely new to breathwork or more experienced, you are warmly welcome to participate. We will create a safe environment and provide a thorough introduction to ensure the best conditions for experiencing the healing and transforming power and potential that this breathwork method has to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
