It was used by shamans, yogis and healers to connect to the universe, open the meridians (energy pathways), and even provide wisdom for those who were seeking. The tea we will be drinking comes from ancient Chinese trees in the south of China - a Chinese black tea that contains ancient wisdom and energy. He has been studying the yogic traditions of India and the Buddhist and Taoist traditions for over 30 years, and has even lived as a monk in both the yogic traditions of India and the Buddhist Shaolin tradition of China. He is a Vinyasa yoga and qigong teacher and has studied Chinese medicine for many years. Heng Ni has also explored different movement practices such as Butoh dance, martial arts, and Capoeira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His primary teachers have been yoga flow master Duncan Wong, creator of Yogic Arts; Taoist master Paulie Zink, founder of Yin Yoga; Buddhist Shaolin monk Shi Yan Ming; and his spiritual teacher, classical tantric master Yuki Yogeshwari of
