The training is led by A\u00efscha from Mara Ina Academy and hosted in collaboration with Team Boss Birth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bengkung is not just a technique \u2013 it is part of a holistic postpartum system encompassing structured rest, traditional massage, plant medicine, heat therapies, and community care.
