Learn to cook Ayurvedic food that balances, strengthens and heals
In this course, you'll immerse yourself in Ayurvedic nutrition and learn how the taste, quality, preparation and timing of food affect your health. We go through how to adapt food to the season, constitution and imbalance - and how spices can be used to relieve common ailments such as heartburn, constipation, fatigue and colds. Practical cooking is interspersed with theory and taste experiences.
What is included?
Introduction to Ayurveda and the influence of flavors on the doshas, vata, pitta, kapha. We cook and eat food for two days and after completing the course you will receive course materials with content from the course as well as recipes so that you can quickly get started and practice your newfound knowledge.
What are the arrangements?
The days are interspersed with theory and cooking. We cook together and eat together. If there is any food left over, you are welcome to bring a jar so you can take food home.
Cost & registration
2400 SEK including lunch on both days, tea and coffee and course material via e-mail after the course
